This is a nice recipe for when you are pretending to have a café-style brunch at home.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 teaspoon chopped dill
60g Labneh
1 bagel, halved and lightly toasted
80g grated fresh beetroot
30g micro herbs or sprouts, (such as alfalfa or micro cress)

Method

  1. Using a fork, combine the dill, labneh and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the labneh mixture liberally over the bottom and lid of the bagel. Top with the beetroot and micro herbs or sprouts.
  3. Serve immediately.
