I like to pretend that I make these popsicles for Clancy, but deep down I know that I am really making them for myself.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
400ml coconut cream
350g frozen mango pieces
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Method

  1. Blitz all the ingredients in a blender until combined.
  2. Spoon the puree into 12 popsicle moulds and place into the freezer to set for at least 4 hours. Simple as that!
  3. You can store the popsicles in the freezer for up to a month.
