Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 x 170 g can crab meat
1 small red chilli, finely chopped, (deseeded if you don’t want it too hot)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon greek yoghurt
1/2 lemon, zested
sea salt and freshly ground pepper
sprigs dill

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except for the dill, in a mixing bowl. Stir together gently but evenly. Place small dollops on top of the parmesan crisps and garnish with a sprig of dill.
