Method

  1. Buy best-quality sashimi tuna and cut it into small rectangles. Cut slices of cucumber into the same shape. Place the tuna on the cucumber and top with small dollops of mayonnaise flavoured with wasabi. Sprinkle with shredded nori and serve.
