I absolutely love prosciutto. It’s reasonably priced and the thinner the slice, the better the taste (at least that’s what I reckon). I think it’s an acceptable treat and this traditional Italian starter is transformed with just a touch of insanely delicious marinated goat’s cheese.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 thin slices prosciutto
1/4 cantaloupe, thinly sliced
30g marinated goat’s cheese

Method

  1. Arrange the prosciutto and the melon on a plate. Crumble on the goat’s cheese and drizzle everything with a teaspoon of the oil from the goat’s cheese jar. Serve immediately.
