By the end of the day I don’t have the time or energy to fiddle about with dinner, so here are some recipes for fast, flashy meals. I’ve tried to make them as satisfying, tasty and low in calories as possible and, for me, that means leaving out the boombah bits, such as white rice, pasta and mashed potato.

I promise that you’ll enjoy this healthy way of eating without feeling as if you’re missing out – and even better, you’ll go to bed without that bloated feeling. All these recipes have evolved after lots of experimenting in my own kitchen at home.
