Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45ml cognac
15ml kahlúa
10ml caramel syrup
vanilla ice-cream
30ml fresh espresso
chocolate powder, to dust

Method

  1. Combine cognac, Kahlúa and syrup in saucepan and heat gently. Press 1 cm vanilla ice-cream into bottom of coffee cup.
  2. Pour in hot mixture and top with fresh espresso to create crema. Serve coffee cup on a plate with spoon and chocolate dusting.
