Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
celery salt
60ml vodka
60ml beef broth or stock
180ml tomato juice
1 teaspoon horseradish cream
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
dash tabasco
cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Moisten the rim of the glass and dip into celery salt. Add ice cubes to glass and stir in vodka, beef broth and tomato juice.
  2. Stir in horseradish cream, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco and sprinkle with black pepper.
