This cocktail is best served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 chunks pineapple
1/2 orange, peeled and quartered
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
4 dashes angostura bitters
50ml bourbon
10ml lemon juice
dash grand marnier
sprig mint, to garnish

Method

  1. Muddle fruit, sugar and bitters. Add bourbon. Fill ½ a highball glass with crushed ice. Stir and top with fresh ice. Float Grand Marnier on top and garnish with a mint sprig.
