This cocktail is best served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60ml whisky
30ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
splash ginger beer
sprig mint, to garnish

Method

  1. Shake and strain whisky, juice and syrup into a highball glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a mint sprig.
