This cocktail is best served in a Collins glass.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
90ml light rum
3 tablespoons coconut milk
3 tablespoons crushed pineapple

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into an electric blender with two cups of crushed ice. Blend briefly at a high speed. Strain into a Collins glass and serve with a straw.
