This cocktail is best served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
dash worcestershire sauce
dash tabasco sauce
pinch wasabi paste
10ml lemon juice
90ml tomato juice
45ml sake
15ml vodka
celery stalk
freshly cracked black pepper, to garnish

Method

  1. Pour Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces into shaker, add wasabi and lemon and tomato juices. Shake and strain into a highball glass containing sake, vodka and celery. Crack pepper on top.
