This cocktail is best served in a champagne flute glass.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 lychees
10ml lemon juice
15ml sake
110ml champagne
15ml crème de gingembre
kaffir lime leaf, to garnish

Method

  1. Muddle lychees and lemon juice. Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a flute. Garnish with a broken kaffir lime leaf.
