This cocktail is best served in a whisky glass.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60ml dark rum
10ml john d. taylor’s velvetfalernum
10ml fresh lime juice
dash bitters
100ml coconut water with 1 egg white added

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients, except the coconut mixture, to a mixing glass and stir down until chilled and diluted.
  2. Strain over ice into a whisky glass.
  3. Dry-shake the coconut water and egg white, and spoon the foam on top of the drink.
