This cocktail is best served in a brandy snifter glass.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60ml cohiba cigar–infused glenmorangie scotch whisky, (see method)
1 teaspoon good-quality unsweetened cocoa powder
1 hot ristretto coffee
1 teaspoon brown sugar
chocolate shavings, to garnish

Method

  1. To infuse the whisky, place a Cohiba cigar in a bottle of Glenmorangie and leave in a dry, cool place for 2 weeks. Remove the cigar beforeusing.
  2. To make the cocktail, add all the ingredients to a shaker and heat in a saucepan of water over low heat to 75°C Pour into a large brandy snifter and serve on a wooden chopping board with some shaved chocolate to garnish.
