Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1-2 limes, juiced
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or any other liquid sweetener
1 tablespoon toasted sesame or peanut oil
tamari or soy sauce, to taste

Method

  1. Squeeze the lime juice into some kind of vessel. Add the maple syrup, sesame oil and a teaspoon of tamari. Stir and taste. Add additional tamari if you need it saltier or additional maple if you need it sweeter. Serve over a noodle salad such as my summer roll salad or anything with strong flavours that requires a sweet, fresh, light dressing.
