A classic sauce that goes with absolutely any flavoured ice cream.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g plain chocolate, either as callets or finely chopped
100ml double cream

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, then whisk in the double cream.
  2. This sauce should be served hot. It will keep for a week in the fridge, but may need a little more cream or hot water to thin it down.
