Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 grapefruit, peeled, segmented and roughly chopped
1 fresh fig, chopped
120ml coconut milk
very small handful pecans
45g cooked quinoa
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon honey
1 jam jar, cleaned and dried

Method

  1. Blend the grapefruit, fig, coconut milk and pecans in a blender, then add the cooked quinoa, seeds and honey and pour the mixture into a jar. Seal and leave overnight in the fridge.
  2. It will be ready to go in the morning.
