Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250ml cream
200g chocolate
50g butter

Method

  1. Put the cream in a heavy-based saucepan and bring to the boil. Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the hot cream. Stir until all melted then add the butter. Leave to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until required. The sauce will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
