Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g strawberries, hulled and quartered
50ml grand marnier
80ml sauternes or sweet white wine

Method

  1. Combine the strawberries, Grand Marnier and wine in a large mixing bowl and toss gently to combine. Place in the refrigerator for an hour or so to macerate. Serve in chilled martini glasses.
