Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 bunches baby carrots
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves
6 sprigs thyme
salt
50g butter
pepper

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Wash and scrub the carrots. Heat the oil in a roasting pan over a moderate heat. Add the carrots and sauté for a few minutes until they begin to colour. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the butter foams. Place in the oven and roast for 5–8 minutes, until the carrots are golden brown and tender.
