For those with a peanut butter weakness-slash-obsession, like me (high-five, fellow obsessives!), these bliss balls will be your go-to. They are simple and convenient to make, needing no food processor or blender, and requiring only five ingredients.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
125g crunchy peanut butter
90g desiccated coconut
2 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder
40ml maple syrup
pinch sea salt flakes

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl then stir until combined.
  2. Take about a tablespoon of mixture at a time and roll it into 2.5 cm balls. Place the balls in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. These guys will keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge, and a couple of months in the freezer. That’s it. Told you they were easy.
