There is nothing like a lassi to serve with curries, or to simply drink on its own. This little lassi is perfect to whip out when you feel a cold or flu coming on.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 frozen mango cheeks
250g coconut yoghurt
375ml plant-based milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
small pinch salt
1 tablespoon rice malt syrup

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
