Snacking is a part of who I am. I graze constantly, whether it’s a cracker with hummus and a bit of fermented veg, a cookie or a bliss ball. I find myself needing a snack every couple of hours to keep my energy levels high. Being constantly in the kitchen also doesn’t help my need to snack! The only time I find myself reaching for the dark chocolate-covered almonds or something naughty is if I don’t have my usual healthy stock supply in jars on the kitchen pantry shelves. I constantly need to have something to do, whether it be cooking, writing, blogging, jogging, swimming or walking the dogs. I find it very hard to be still. So snacks are of the utmost importance to me. They are the fuel to my fire.
