I love this crispy kale served with Pad Thai jay with lime and sesame, although it makes a pretty good snack on its own too.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
pinch sea salt flakes
200g kale, shredded

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the oil, paprika, and salt in a bowl. Add in the kale and gently coat in the oil mix.
  3. Place the kale onto a baking sheet in a single layer without overlapping so it cooks evenly. Bake for 7 minutes, then remove the tray and shake to distribute the oil, then bake for another 2 minutes until crisp.
