Fresh, homemade salsa is not only delicious but simple to prepare. Serve as a dip or load inside a sandwich for a fiery filling.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
300g ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 red chilli, halved, deseeded and finely sliced
handful fresh coriander, torned
1 unwaxed lime
pinch sea salt  akes

Method

  1. Place the tomatoes, onion, chilli, and coriander in a bowl.
  2. Cut the lime in half, then squeeze in the juice through a sieve. Sprinkle over the salt and stir to combine all the ingredients.
