Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g kale or cavolo nero
75g pine nuts
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
3 garlic cloves, peeled
100ml olive oil
50ml sunflower oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
sea salt

Method

  1. Cut the thick stems from the kale or cavolo nero and pull off the rest of the leaves.
  2. Put the pine nuts, nutritional yeast, garlic and kale into a food processor and whizz until finely chopped.
  3. With the motor still running, drizzle in the oils and lemon juice. Add salt to taste.
