Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 pear, peeled and deseeded
1 slice butter, 1 cm thick
1 egg
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon single cream
6 tablespoons plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons flaked almonds

White chocolate sauce and decoration

Quantity Ingredient
6 squares white chocolate
2 tablespoons single cream
1/2 teaspoon icing sugar

Method

  1. Cook the pear in 1 tablespoon of water for 1 minute 10 seconds (800 watts) in a bowl, then drain. Melt the butter in another bowl for 20 seconds (800 watts).
  2. In a mug: Beat in one by one the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, cream, flour, baking powder, melted butter and 1 tablespoon flaked almonds. Push in the half pear and sprinkle with the remaining flaked almonds.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds (800 watts).
  4. Top with white chocolate sauce and icing sugar.
