Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
120g hazelnuts
75g sesame seeds
4 tablespoons fennel seeds
4 tablespoons coriander seeds
4 tablespoons cumin seeds
2 tablespoons sea salt
4 tablespoons black peppercorns

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  2. Spread the ingredients on an oven tray and toast for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Transfer to a spice grinder or mortar and pestle, and grind to a coarse powder.
  4. This dukkah will keep in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
