Frappé variegato alla nutella

You can use any flavour of gelato you like with this recipe but the Nutella swirl is my favourite. It’s really simple – you just blend the gelato with milk. I find old fashioned milkshake machines, like you see in milkbars, are best for blending a frappé because they keep the texture thicker and creamier, but a regular blender will still do the job nicely.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
300g Nutella swirl gelato
200ml milk

Method

  1. Add the gelato and milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy with a straw.
