Kefir is a cultured milk that is rich in healthy probiotic bacteria, as well as being a good source of B vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 teaspoon lucy bee coconut oil
1 mango, flesh
100ml kefir, (or natural yoghurt)
50ml almond milk
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
1 teaspoon manuka honey
1 cardamom pod, crushed, seeds

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz together until smooth and thick. Serve immediately.
