This is a quick, healthy and easy dipping sauce for prawns or chicken, but it can also be used as a dressing for salads and vegetables. This sauce can be stored in a recycled Lucy Bee jar in the fridge ready for the week ahead. If you prefer less spice in your sauce, just leave out the green chilli.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
6 tablespoons tamari sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 teaspoons agave nectar or runny honey
2 teaspoons sesame oil
pinch ground black pepper

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender bottle (vitamin shaker) and shake thoroughly, then pour into a recycled Lucy Bee jar and store in the fridge.
