This recipe is a winner with children, grown-ups, Christmas pudding lovers and haters alike. Keep these in an airtight container for over the festive season or serve warm with ice cream for Christmas dinner – they will be a huge success.

Method

  1. Make Lucy’s Chewy Chocolate Brownies but omit the white chocolate.
  2. When you have put the brownie mix into the tin, crumble 250 g Christmas pudding evenly over the surface (you can use a bought one or leftover if you have some).
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, then cut and store as before.

Note

  • This recipe is vegetarian and nut-free.
