Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
550g diced papaya
1 long green chilli, seeded if desired, finely sliced
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
25g chopped coriander
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with fish, fish cakes or chicken. This salsa can be stored in the refrigerator for 1–2 days.
