This is delicious served as a stuzzichino with drinks, or as part of an antipasto.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
400g canned tuna in oil, drained
50g unsalted pistachio nuts, toasted and roughly chopped
25g capers in brine, drained
6-8 cornichons in brine, drained and diced
125ml virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and use a fork to mix them together roughly. I like it to be still a bit chunky. Serve with crusty sourdough bread.
