Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
90g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
90g cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
640g icing sugar, sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over hot water. Remove from heat and gradually beat in the cream cheese and milk. Add icing sugar and salt, beating until smooth and spreadable. Add a little more milk if necessary.
