Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g fettucine, freshly cooked and drained
125g butter
15 anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
freshly ground white pepper
100g parmesan, grated

Method

  1. Place fettucine on a heated serving dish. Heat butter with anchovies, stirring well. Grind white pepper over noodles, sprinkle with half the cheese and pour anchovy butter over. Serve remaining cheese separately.
