Quantity Ingredient
2 bunches broccoli, lightly cooked
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
125ml olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Cut broccoli into large pieces. Lightly sauté garlic in oil; do not allow to brown. Add broccoli and sauté until tender and heated through, turning pieces frequently. Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a separate course or as an accompaniment.
