For a gala touch flame with brandy.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 litre vanilla ice cream
275g jarred fruit mince
125ml brandy

Method

  1. At serving time, pile scoops of ice cream into a serving bowl. Gently heat mincemeat and spoon over ice cream. Warm brandy in a small pan, ignite, and pour flaming over mincemeat. Serve immediately.
