200g tinned sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
240g desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Put condensed milk, vanilla and coconut in a bowl and mix well. Scoop out in small portions, about the size of a walnut, and shape into cones.
  2. Place on greased baking trays (lined with rice paper, if liked). Bake in a preheated moderate oven 180°C for about 10 minutes or until lightly tinted. Cool on trays.
