125g blue cheese
125g cream cheese
1 tablespoon cream
2 tablespoons brandy

Method

  1. Mash blue cheese, add cream cheese and cream and beat until smooth. Stir in brandy. Serve at room temperature with chilled wedges of apple, pear or melon.
