200g tuna in oil, drained
1/2 teaspoon green peppercorns, crushed
125g Mayonnaise
salt

Method

  1. Mash tuna and blend with remaining ingredients, adding salt to taste. Spoon into a bowl and chill. Serve with small rounds of pumpernickel.
