A salad dressing with a subtle piquancy which complements seafood. Try serving green goddess dressing with prawns, lobster or crab meat arranged on a bed of watercress for a luxurious entrée, or as part of a cold buffet table.

Ingredients

250g Mayonnaise
125g sour cream
20g parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons chives, snipped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons anchovy paste
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
freshly ground black pepper
salt

Method

  1. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream, then add remaining ingredients and mix well.
