Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
170ml cream
squeeze lemon juice
2 tablespoons horseradish, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper
pinch sugar

Method

  1. Whip cream. Add lemon juice, horseradish, salt, pepper and sugar, and fold in lightly. If using bottled horseradish, press out moisture before using.
