Very good with duck or ham.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 rockmelon
1 honeydew melon
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 lemon or lime, juiced

Method

  1. Halve melons, scoop out seeds and peel. Cut flesh into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add a small grinding of pepper and sprinkle over ginger and lemon or lime juice. Toss melon to coat, then cover and chill.
