Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
50g non-fat skim milk powder
125ml water, well-chilled
2 tablespoons lemon juice
55g caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract

Method

  1. Mix together skim milk powder and water. Beat for 3–4 minutes or until soft peaks form. Add lemon juice and beat for 3–4 minutes longer or until stiff peaks form. Fold in sugar and add vanilla. Serve immediately.
