Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g ribbon noodles
60g butter
250ml cream
100g parmesan cheese, grated
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well in a colander.
  2. Melt butter in same saucepan over low heat. Mix in cream, and toss in noodles. Add cheese and a good grind of pepper. Toss well and serve immediately.
