Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 bunch radishes, cut into small julienne
125g small zucchini, cut into small julienne
freshly ground black pepper
125ml Vinaigrette dressing
1 tablespoon parsley, very finely chopped
or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, very finely chopped
salt

Method

  1. Season radishes and zucchini lightly with salt and pepper, then toss with vinaigrette and dill or parsley. Serve chilled.
