Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons oil
500g snow peas, trimmed and stringed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chicken stock or water
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons light soy sauce

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan, add peas and stir-fry for 30 seconds without browning. Add remaining ingredients, stir to coat peas and cook for 1 minute longer. Peas should be tender but still crisp. Serve immediately.
