Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
150g pasta bows
220g tinned salmon, drained and flaked
1 red pepper, cored, seeded and diced
1/2 cucumber, finely diced
10 black olives, pitted
125ml * vinaigrette dressing [rid:4599]
watercress, to garnish

Method

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente, or just tender. Drain thoroughly and leave to cool. Mix flaked salmon with the pepper, cucumber, olives and pasta. Pour over the dressing and toss lightly. Arrange in a serving dish and garnish with sprigs of watercress.
